I don’t very often write reviews, but in this case I feel I have to because of the incredible service I received from Gaida at Details Details. Let me start by saying that if you’re looking for someone that will go the extra mile and make sure that the process of buying a boat is as painless as possible than you should absolutely consider using the services of Gaida. I met with her at her Fort Lauderdale offices, and she was a true professional. She walked me through the entire process and took time to explain even the silliest question that I might have about the closing.
This was not a straightforward transaction by any means, and she stayed on top of it for more than two months to make sure that everything was done properly. I can honestly say I don’t think I would’ve been able to handle this purchase without someone like Gaida on my side. She picked up the phone every time I called her and was always there to reassure me when I needed reassuring. She responded to emails within minutes. In this day and age someone that actually picks up their phone and responds to emails immediately is unheard of. This is why I would recommend her so highly. In the end everything got done and I am loving my boat.
I would give 10 stars if it was possible.
